• M.A two years fulltime Post Graduation in Political Science /relevant Social Sciences subject with minimum marks 55% 
• NET qualified/ Advance Research Degree (M.Phil/PhD) in relevant subject area.
• Familiartity in working with Statiscal software's and Quantitative methods.
• Excellent writing Skills

Research Assistant:

• M.A two years fulltime Post Grsduation in Political Science/relevant Social Sciences with minimum marks 55%

Desired Qualifications: 

Research Associate:

• Previous Research experience of leading a research team
• Peer reviewed publications 

Research Assistant:

• NET Qualified
• Familiarity in working with Statistical software's and Quantitative Methods
• Fluency in reading and writing Bhoti, Dogri, Urdu, ashmiri
• Excellent writing skills

Emoluments:

• Research Associate:Rs.20000/-p.m
