Essential Qualifications:M.E./M.Tech in VLSI/Electronics and communication Engineering/ Embeded System. Candidates should have 2 years experience (desirable) after M.Tech in hardware/simulation tools (like COMSOL, Coventorware etc.) and in fabrication lab, publications and GATE scores preferably in the related area will be given preference.

Emoluments:The fellowship will be Rs. 28,000 per month for all three years. No HRA will be given for the project duration.
