Essential Qualifications: M.Phil.,/M.Sc., in Chemistry/Physics/Material Science. Or, M.Tech in Nanoscience and Technology with a minimum 60% . Candidates having CSIR/UGC, NET/GATE will be preferred.
Desirable: Knowledge of chemical synthesis of powders, thin film deposition techniques, lithography technique and working knowledge of batteries
