Project Title:  Exploration of 8/9 nano-meter process variation immune doping and junction-free devices and their circuits

Sponsor: DST-SERB

Tenure of the Project: 3 years or till the completion of the project, whichever is earlier (the position is purely temporary in nature and performance will be reviewed periodically)

Essential Qualifications:  ME/M.Tech Degree in Electronics/Physics or subject related to the project.

Desirables: Candidates having knowledge of Semiconductor Device Modelling and Expertise in TCAD tools.

Emoluments: Rs. 25,000 per month consolidated depending upon qualifications and as per the DST
guidelines.
