Essential Qualifications: Ph.D. in Mechanical / Metallurgy / Materials/ Production / Tool Engineering from a reputed University/Institute, with the topic of the thesis in line with the work description given below. The candidate should have had first class career throughout, i.e., at Graduation as well as during post graduation. Those having at least 3 years of industrial / research experience after M. Tech/ME in Mechanical / Metallurgy / Materials/ Production / Tool Engineering from a reputed University/Institute, in the field relevant to the description of the work, may also apply. It is important for the candidate to say how he/she would be able to contribute to the work profile as described below.
Job Profile: The candidate will be expected to understand the flow laws of metals, polymers, and the mixture of metal powder with polymers. During the project, the candidate will develop an understanding of the ideal flow theory, theoretical aspects of ideal flow theory and work on its application to metal powder polymer mixture.
