Title of the project: Analytical and computational studies of some queueing models with Markovian arrival process and/or Markovian service process

Essential Qualifications:

• For JRF: M.Sc. in Mathematic or equivalent degree with minimum of 60% marks from recognized University/ Institute and a valid NET/GATE score.
• For SRF: M.Sc. in Mathematic or equivalent degree with minimum of 60% marks from recognized University/ Institute and a valid NET/GATE score and at least 2 years of post M.Sc. research/teaching experience as evidence from published papers in standard refereed journals.
• For RA: Ph.D. in Queueing Theory/Inventory System or equivalent from recognized University/Institute. 

Desirable: -

Fellowship: 

• For JRF: Rs. 12,000/- per month plus HRA/MA
• For SRF: Rs. 14,000/- per month plus HRA/MA
• For RA: Rs. 36,000/- per month plus HRA/MA
