Essential Qualifications: Potential candidates should have M.E./M.Tech. in VLSI/ECE/Material Sci. Engg./Nanotechnology with 60% marks

Desirable:

• Candidates with who have valid GATE/NET (JRF)/equivalent score are preferable.
• Furthermore, the applicant should have sound Device simulation understanding/ practical knowledge of basic thin film fabrication steps/ thin film surface characterizations/ interaction of radiation with matter at nanoscale dimensions etc.
• Experience of simulations with Device Simulator/Lumerical software is preferable.

Essential Qualifications: M.Sc. / M. Tech. in Biomedical Engineering / Biotechnology/ Micro-electronics/ Electronics & Communication / Electrical Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering/ Chemical Engineering/ Physics/ Chemistry with minimum of 60% aggregate marks or CPI 6.5 at qualifying examination and NET / GATE qualified.

Desirable Qualifications: Good experimental hand on different lab instruments, Micro-fabrication technology, Nano-material preparation, (micro) device fabrication, biotechnology and good knowledge of computer hardware and programming language and capability of handling software packages. Preference will be given to the candidate having experience in the relevant field.
